Does anyone know if the developments at Whitfield attracted the promise of 106 payments ? The reason I ask is that with the continued success of the Riverside Centre is attracting more and more residents of Whitfield to enjoy it's many activities and space within the centre may become an issue.
Karen and the trustees are looking to the future with a view to extending the centre and increasing what is on offer including respite care, dementia care, community meals and community services for the older people of the District.

I'm sure there were 106 Agreements and I recall one discussion re using the monies in adjacent areas. With all the house build the services of Riverside Centre should encourage funding.I know the Leader looks in at the forum so maybe a call to,him.Glad the centre is doing do well.I haven't forgot the coffee offer.

Thank you Sue for your advice, I will contact Paul and see if I can access funding. Karen said you are always welcome at the centre and looks forward to renewing the friendship between you.

Ken I believe there were Sec 106 contributions for medical facilities applied to the Whitfield developments. How & when they phased in I am not sure. A call to Emma Jane Allen at DDC might clarify the scope & timing.
