Dover Bluebird Heritage Trail - Launch

To mark the Dover Bluebird Heritage Trail and after months of hard work and planning, distinctive Bluebird pavement markers have been embedded in the pavements and along the sea front in Dover.

The bronze way-markers along with a handy free booklet and a website and app connects a number of Dover's heritage gems. The self-guided walking trail includes the wonderfully preserved Dover Bronze Age Boat, Saxon, Norman and medieval religious institutions, Tudor, Georgian and Victorian fortifications, Jacobean domestic building as well as the Victorian and Edwardian harbour.

The Trail, will inspire the local community and visitors to be much more aware of Dover's rich and abundant heritage and is set to go -
