  We need to get rid of most of them
  
  I never go to counsellors; I just present my self at the council offices or ring in.
  
  Most of the councillors are on expenses, twisting the knife and jumping on every cash horse that is trotting past.
  
  All we need is a counsel warden doing inspections of council property and responsibilities.
  
  With counsellors we general see them attaching them selves to projects, drawing extra cash for them selves.
  
  Volunteers in the community are a different breed and should be encouraged by the big council
