  Im not sure how much this electioneering does to change anyones minds on how they vote,
  but it does stop those people who say " i never see my cllr " lol
  
  Picking up issues from door knocking always helps, and you do then get the relationship and respect of the electorate,
  
  just putting leaflets through doors, does little as these leaflets come through from all parties, and advertising all the year round
  and a lot of people dont even read them.
