  Stephen Dorrell tory chairman of the commons Health committee has cogently argued this for months without openly being a critic of Lansley`s plan unlike his three minister collegues who are not so reserved.
  
  With the tory revolt growing the Lib/Dems warn they could withdraw their support of the Bill (par for the course )
