I don't know if it's a right forum to ask this question but I' m in a hurry. Due to COVID most of my staff have left the work. I have to archive all their mails. I searched the web and got many offline tools to archive or backup mails. But there are so many and I got confused. Need a fast and secure tool to backup mails.

Thanks but now I'm using a Mail Backup X tool. Currently I'm using it's trial version .
