  I have noticed that almost 22,000 pounds has been donated by the public to fund his continued care via 'just giving' .

  What an interesting life both of them have had and how sad to have this problem as they come to the end of it. I hope it is all sorted soon and he can stop worrying.
  
  I can understand why KCC have suggested he sell his home if there is no chance of him returning to it. Is it empty as his partner (or is it wife) travels from London, the article seems more interested in telling his fascinating story than giving clear facts.
