  Sorry but it will go as flats like the rest of the road and yes it is to late. Having lived and work in Germany with a family what happens over there would not happen in Dover .They look after their parish a lot of it done unpaid because that is their way of life ,we have groups unpaid in Dover doing great work but not in the same way. Where I lived in Germany they would clean outside their own homes paths etc phone boxs and grave yards the week end fire service was done by locals unpaid the list goes on and on+ they had to look after me
