  It sickens me to see such disregard.
  
  Sadly we do not know the perpetrators, whether that be mindless youngsters or mindless adults on their way back from the pub!
  
  I love this structure (it must be listed?) and still affectionally refer to it as 'the horse trough' - although bus drivers now seem to question this destination.
  
  Mindlessness comes in many forms, not just the hooded. For example last night whilst walking home, I saw a car stop and a middle age woman dump an empty bottle of 'Tesco's Hock' on the road. Being a good citizen I picked the bottle up and placed it in the nearest bin.
