  I thought there was previously a thread on this but cannot find it,the idea went down like a lead balloon on social media but I rather like it. Parts of the Town Hall away from public gaze are on a downward spiral that only a large injection of funds will stop.
  
  The initial outlay would probably be high but the demand from well heeled holiday makers would mean big returns, English Heritage have been doing this to their other properties with some degree of success.
