  Here's a pic of the roadwork problem from a few minutes ago.
  Jubilee Way is shut as you can see, except for those coming downhill, so all stuff exiting the Port comes this-a-way through the town...
  

  

  
  And the main road going that-a-way as it were, is only strictly for Port use only, no right turn. if anyone goes down there they have to come right back..which can be mortally slow as you can see.
