The NHS is always saying it needs more money here are some of my thoughts on how they now provide treatment that could and should be paid for privately.
No tattoo removals, you chose them in the first place, you should pay for their removal.
No high cost fertility treatments, not having a child is hardly life threatening however much you want one.
Cosmetic surgery in some cases is not visually or medically needed but simply how one wants to look, as an example breast enlargements or nose jobs.
These are just a few examples of high cost procedures that spring to mind, there must be others.

Agree with all of that cosmetic surgery should only be available to victims of car crashes, serious assaults, burns etc.

I agree except the fertility treatments as having a child should be available to those that have difficulty or cannot conceive naturally, but after 2nd they can pay.
Should also add that drunks should be charged if regulars at A&E
