Well if you don't understand either Reginald then I feel for you. Councillor Watkins is a man who posts facts, not drivel. Vic takes no notice because he will never admit he is wrong. Everything has to be about him or to his credit.
I don't read his life story because it doesn't interest me, if it interests you go ahead and read it, he has the right to post what he likes.
I for one (of many) am glad PaulW keeps us up to date with facts and I thank him. So please don't try to sound clever against him Vic - you won't win
