Roger, I understand where you coming from. But look at the questionaire which was done via DDC regards how happy people are with their service????? Look at those " intelligent" questions all in favour click positive. i am not biased, but sometimes petition is the only way forward. As this is going on for far too long. I know People now trying their best efforts. Society these days become impatient and want to see results faster. Especially for Dover you must admit its going on for far too long.
Also everyone had a chance to be transparent. Did anyone came forward or actually took up the stage and explained it to the public in "plain" english?? I dont think so. I did notice Reg signed the petition too
