  That will not happen as we have said n the pass the mayor should be voted in by the public each year,that might just stop getting the same few each time and ones mayor that person can be voted in just two years following each other but then can not stand for the next five years.
  Most just going to bed and I have just got up I will take the pills and rest in my old chair.
