  My understanding is that EH life/ yearly memberships will transfer over, as will the friends of DC, events will almost certainly be smaller and less often. Small sites may well be closed or become what EH call key holder sites, ie a local person holds the key and will let you in upon request, Some small sites may well just close or be passed to local councils to look after, some currently manned sites will become unstaffed. Large sites may have shorter opening hours while prime sites - stonehenge, Dover etc will remain much as they are now.
