Why would new houses mean an increase in crime and less safety for children.

The fact that the existing cost of a house might fall is a good thing for new buyers.

Nearly all people in houses up a hill in the DDC area have trouble when there is snow, it is not too good on the flat either.

People usually shop in the nearest town not one further away so why would Folkestone benefit more than Dover.

All town centres are getting smaller except where there is increased population.

The fact that it is private funding is not relevant.

Howard, who has been unpleasant I have not noticed anything of that nature.
