    the proposed war memorial project is well known locally, i remember speaking to one of the main instigators a chap called john pegg a few years ago about it.

    of course there will be no charge for viewing, prosperity comes in other ways.

    for example some of our resorts have wonderful beaches which are free to all, but the town prospers from the dosh spent by the users.
