There are further proposals that reduce the housing content on the Western Hts following positve public comment for the principles of the scheme.
The developers have listen to the public & responded.
£2m has been spent bringing this project to its present status.
That is a massive act of faith in Dover.
I would have thought that there needs to be continuing positive public comment to counter the vocal minority interests [ i.e. quangos ] who do not live in our District & deliver a one sided response representing their single subject.
The new planning framework make sustainable development the priority, using Economic, social & environmental factors to deliver planning certainty.
How these matters are weighted is for local determination. That is why local opinion & comment matters.
