Just been out to post an urgent letter expecting to be in time for the last post and was surprised to discover that my local box is emptied at 9. 30 am and that is it for the day. I rarely use the post but the last time I did 4. 30 pm was last collection.

Howard, then Royal Mail wonder why people prefer to email rather than use the erratic and poor service they give us.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

I do try to stick to E mail when I can Jan but had no choice in this instance. I wanted to report a lost hearing aid and the only choices given by East Kent NHS is to phone or write.
I have phone 12(twelve) times each time getting an answering machine, I have left my name, phone number, hospital number and full details of the problem and not had one call back.
