    Kevin, 70% pre-let of land that is still to be determined whether the land can be bought compulsory or not is nothing to be proud of. Yes Whitfield and St James are very different, Whitfield will appeal to the wider district and will have plenty of free parking. St James will have paid for parking and struggle to attract the appeal of the wider district. Obviously I am presuming we will still be driving cars post 2020.
