  I will never cease to be amazed at the distance some people will travel to scatter their rubbish in remote country lanes and byways. It probably costs them more in petrol than they would be charged ( if at all) at the tip.
  Phil, I do understand how frustrating this can be, I think most of the residents in the Folkestone Rd area can relate to your problem. Policing the culprits is not easy and the cost of removing the debris often falls on the poor soul who owns the land it's dumped on.
