  Augusta, we all have a wish list of what we would like in our town, but we can't just go into the council and demand this is what I and the people want, and get it straight away, it has to go through channels and it all takes time, it also has to be budgeted for, the budget for this year was set last year, so perhaps little money left in pot, if what you want is passed then it would have to be budgeted for, and then when funds are found, then it has to make sure it can be funded and looked after for the next few years
