The vast majority of the criticism directed at the club over this issue is completely unfair. Whatever the club do will be wrong in some people's eyes. It's easy to say that selling 4 tickets per person is too much, but what about the father who takes his two children to every home game? How is he supposed to choose which one to take if he only has one spare ticket. Do you think he'll be happy with those arrangements? There is no way the club can win. What yesterday proved was that there are thousands of people in this town who show little or no interest in our club for 99.9% of the time, yet come flocking when they get a sniff of the Premier League coming to town. If a few of these bothered to turn up for our league games, perhaps the chairman wouldn't have to keep putting his hands into his pocket so often. But then again, according to Howard, the club are only interested in making a killing. What utter nonsense.
