| Details | Dover Town Neighbourhood Forum "You decide" community voting event at St. Mary's Parish Hall, Dover. Refreshments from 5.30pm with the event starting at 6.00pm (TBC). This year the Dover District Neighbourhood Forums are piloting Participatory Budgeting - an innovative way of allocating funding and directly involves local people recommending how our Small Community Capital Projects grant fund is awarded in their area. Hear local groups give a 3-minute presentation on their project (no power-point allowed) and then vote on how you score each project. Top scoring projects will be awarded the amount requested until the pot of money available has all gone. All recommendations are subject to approval by KCC and DDC.
