| Details | Join us on a bat walk around the grounds of Kearsney Abbey led by bat lady Shirley Thompson. An event for International Year of Biodiversity. The lake attracts plenty of insects and so we should be in for a treat to see the bats that prey on them. We have seen daubenton and serotine bats here in the past - let's find out if they are still at Kearsney. Bring a Bat detector if you have one, a torch and wear stout footwear with good grip.
