Lightning Bolt strikes Twice..Twice!

What a race! The nation was on tenterhooks on sunday night watching one of the greatest sportsmen of all time..Usain Bolt. Could he win Olympic Gold again? Were injuries taking their toll? His recent form was suspect. The nation watched on and so did the world as he lined up in the 100 Metre Olympic Final. But the doubts were soon answered as the hugely popular Bolt flashed away the second the gun went off and after 50 metres all concerns were gone. He stormed clear and flashed past the line in a blistering 9.63 seconds. The crowd in the stadium went wild..everybody went wild. Thunderous applause split the East London night. The lightning Bolt had returned to glory!

And now taking the 200m GOLD as well. What an athlete!!..a true legend in his own time as Jamaica finish first second and third.

And now with sporting fever gripping the nation...
get the kids involved....
